Mayan Riviera with Marta

Sandos PlayaCar A.I., August 13-20

The hotel is an hour drive from the Cancun Airport, located in a gated area where a lot of new condominiums and hotels are built. There is strict security for every vehicle including taxis private cars and tour buses. There is no access to local buses which is a problem unless you don’t mind walking 30-40 minutes to the main highway in order to flag the local bus. Many taxis are available at the hotel but because they are the only mode of transportation they charge much more than other taxis.
